What are the best aspects of this product?
Friendly receptionists who screen calls and send messages to my inbox. Great customer service whenever I email.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I would like an online dashboard where I could review my settings easily or an app. Otherwise it is great. I just email them right now and they do whatever I need which is honestly even easier.

An online dashboard or app for management on the go.

I now have a friendly voice answer every call and take a message. This helps reduce interruptions at my law firm, and results in more client bookings and satisfaction. I hear many attorneys complain about their call answering services, but Smith.ai has been wonderful for me and I hear many other lawyers say the same.
