What are the best aspects of this product?
What I really like about SnapSurveys is the fact that everything is in one place. Within the software I am allowed to create and set-up my questionnaire, then link it to the customer database so I can host it on a server and finally send out invites and reminders to all non-respondents. I love that the summary report with charts are created automatically. The other great thing about the software is that it works on all devices (mobile, tablet and pc’s). Questionnaires are customizable, there is an option for adding sliders, semantic scales, even client logos and branding. The software offers best practice functions like an ability for randomizing codes and routing, and this is great because you can ask questions that are relevant to respondents.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I cannot say whether it’s dislike or like. It has so much functionalities. If you want to use the software to its fullest then you’re going to need help from their support team, but don’t worry they are very helpful and friendly, they are going to help you with the e-learning process and help-sheets.
