What are the best aspects of this product?
When it comes to database structure Snap Surveys is highly flexible, this means when a research projects is launched and runs online, collects answers, I can still adapt its structure, add code to questions, I can change the order of the questions, and all these options and functions won’t interrupt the response data. The structure of the database is adapted automatically, and this means that the data cannot be lost or it cannot change location or position within a question.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The tool is perfect, but it can be complicated. Complicated because of its flexibilities, options and customizations. It can be difficult to set up the survey the way you want. It is a fact that this product allows you to modify everything, but there are many parameters to set up.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I have worked with the software where data comes from other online form and it is exported automatically to another CRM software. While the Snap makes the cycle easier and less complicated. Scores are sent in a mail-report. The surveys can be done in 3 languages simultaneously and may contain some real-time reporting interface and background calculations. This is great solution for our business and we are very happy with this product.
