Great software to help with prospect outreach!

What are the best aspects of this product?

Being able to send emails to prospects on a large scale.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The user interface is great and easy to use. There's definitely some room for improvement but as is, it is very easy to navigate and create campaigns and reach out to propects!

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Ability to edit campaigns once they are active would be great. I could see this getting messy if some emails already sent, but the ability to edit a campaign before it starts would be helpful.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

OUTREACH! The chrome extension is super useful for finding contact info quickly. The "wireframe" layout of the campaigns makes it super easy to route your emails and create follow ups. The verification is awesome too.
