PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Pulling data from Instagram. It's annoying because you can only do 90 day segments at a time but at least that works. Oh and it DOESN'T track follower count.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Where to begin. I have used nearly every social scheduling tool in my 10 years of social media work. This is by far the clunkiest, most difficult to use program on the market.
-They are extremely slow to add functionality available on other platforms. For example, Buffer, a cheap program, had the ability to schedule IG stories years ago. Social Studio JUST added it.
-Very buggy when uploading content and no ability to store content within the program. I have issues uploading content or working with draft content about 1/3 of the time.
-No ability to schedule multiple posts at one time (ie: schedule 1 Facebook post to post 3 times over 2 months.)
-No integration with any marketing cloud calendars. Isn't this the POINT of using salesforce?
-Approval process. When I first asked Salesforce to add an approval process to posts they said; "we've never had anyone ask us that before." Really??? In an age of agencies and professional social media marketing, you have NEVER been asked that? Wild.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

-A better way to upload content efficiently and without constant problems.
-Up-to-date integrations with social platforms (STILL can't post a multi-photo post to IG)
-integration to other marketing calendars without having to pay MORE money for something that should be done.
-easier approval process setup.

None. I wish I was using a different program but our company makes us use this one because we use it globally.
