PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Complete feature set for Analytics, Customer Engagement, and Publishing with advanced interface. Everyone can learn how to use, publish and engage its customers via Social Studio. Very stable and clear platform, works perfectly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t have something to dislike about the product. I have some suggestions for new features I would like to see within the platform such as: approval workflow for interaction, conversation history and I would like to see some improvements in Topic Profile Keyword options.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Social Studio helps us in social account management process, compliance and team workflow. We reduce the risk with social account management by removing personal facebook account from our facebook page managers. We use approval feature and this means that we allow our customers to introduce review process and start social media campaign.
