What are the best aspects of this product?

Organized, clean and clear interface with great integrations, all in one package. You don’t have to build dashboards from start and to download the engagement console and to search for java support. Everything is super easy with Social Studio. Social analytics, engagement and publishing is in one place. You can easily go from scheduling posts, engaging customers, finding topic trends and opportunities without leaving the URL. The engagement tool is very powerful and useful tool.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Limited functionality. The analytics dashboard doesn’t have customizable options. You cannot customize widgets that are based on word cloud, topic trends, top countries and languages, keyword groups, sentiment and other. I need feature for drill-down filtering. The data geeks need some more features.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The new version of Social Studio is easier, I don’t have any problems when it comes to train users. It’s easy to use and set up because of its homogenized interface. We use the social analytics reporting tools and helps us to work on our improvements.
