What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how simple and yet effective this product is. I love its offers, its features are simple yet detailed. I must say that their support service is great and really helpful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I couldn’t remember the steps on how to close the cases, sometimes I cannot close them and I had to do it over again.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to focus more on our customers, to target those customers that are using our product and we are always there to help them solve any issues they have with the product. We can easily create column for specific topic and launch campaigns. The product is definitely a time saving machine. We are able to track our online conversations by assigning a sentiment, this is very helpful tool because we can see where we need improvements and edit our strategies.
