What are the best aspects of this product?
Social Studio helps us to manage our multiple business units with multiple social accounts from one place. The smoothly integration with other platforms within the iOS app is very powerful thing, especially integration with Radian6 Topic Profile. The setup for workflow is intuitive and very effective for our team management, everyone can post to several accounts. I’d like to say that the ability to include stock photo accounts to Social Studio accounts is very practical.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have some minor dislikes. Social data gathered doesn’t integrate with any other database within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Also, the links posted from app don’t match with the links in production during the scheduling process. I have to say that Social Studio is more expensive than its competitors. They need to improve their customer data gathering.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
What I like most is the ability to manage multiple social account and multiple users from one place. Social Studio team provides you with great training so you can easily start using its intuitive system. I must say that the workflow is amazing. We can quickly address customer service issues and provide feedback on the interactions and questions about our brand.
