PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The product is well-organized with clean and clear interface. It offers great set of features and integrations. There is no need to build dashboards from the start and to download the engagement console or to search for java support. I like that social analytics, engagement and publishing is in one place and you can go around from scheduling posts, engaging customers, searching for topic trends and opportunities without leaving the URL.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t like that the analytics dashboard doesn’t provide customizable options and this means that there is no way to customize widgets based on word cloud, topic trends, top countries and languages and etc. It would be great if they could include drill-down filtering and even more features to data geeks.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The product is easy to set up and use and it has homogenized interface, we are using it for social analytics reports and to better understand our business and work on our improvements.
