What are the best aspects of this product?

You don’t have to worry about using social studio, the platform is easy to use and you can learn to use the platform quickly and easily. This platform provides you with analytics and you don’t need to search on Radian6 for listening data. You can easily share photos, quotes, links with everyone and you can even see who used it, what site they posted it on, and you can even see the engagement rate of each shared post.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They need to improve the functionalities for social media networks, for e.g. on Twitter I can’t see check ins, mentions, I cannot see shares on Facebook, I can’t connect Likedln University. Also, the sentiment rating isn’t working correctly, because it shows some comments as negative like: “I would die to have this product.” They need to implement other options.

Helps us to choose specific words that should be monitoring, it’s great tool for keeping track of what’s happening on the internet and the rates of our product and brand. We use Social studio for social media monitoring and managing.
