What are the best aspects of this product?

Easy to set up and great dynamic feeds, design is not complicated at all so everyone can learn it easily and start using it. Social Studio tools are various and detailed, and all these tools help you to achieve great experience into the social networks world. The good thing about this system is that you will feel what is like to work as a team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It takes to much time to load the feeds. Also there are some technical issues. It would be great if they can expand the analytics tool. The ability to reach specific kind of information is limited. Also, I have found that when I click one button the program does something that is completely different.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Social Studio helps us to create more measurable and professional customer service. We are able to get a feedback from our customers in a manageable way and this helps us to know how to start the interaction with our clients. This platform provides us with easy to set up form of analytics.
