What are the best aspects of this product?

I can see weekly calendar of all posts that are published and the ability to schedule future posts for publishing. Also, the drag and drop feature is extremely easy and useful for rescheduling posts. The social Studio team constantly introduce new tool, and these are all helpful for making the content experience easier.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have some issues with some bugs from time to time. Also, they need to improve their tracking tool for monitoring posts. We found that some tools within some social networks are easier and they even provide better results and detailed information.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Social Studio helps us to solve the issue of planning content for our social media, we can easily manage our dashboard, we are able to assign tasks and improve our collaborations, and we can track the satisfaction of our users and so on.
