What are the best aspects of this product?
With Social Studio we can easily create Salesforce Service Cloud in most easiest way. Also, this tool allows us to keep track of various social channels at the same time.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The functionality of publishing posts on Facebook needs some improvements. Also, the update of the app on my mobile is not same as the update on my desktop. Facebook feed has some issues, the feed is not updated in 3 days and we are not sure when they will fix the issue and this means that we cannot send contents from Facebook to Service Cloud.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It allows us to track social platforms and to interact with our customers and help them with solving problems. We don’t have to spend much time in creating cases in the service cloud as we used to do. We are able to track various brands at the same time wihtout signing in/out of the accounts. It helps us to improve the interaction with our customers.
