What are the best aspects of this product?
Social Studio is a leading social tool. We managed to implement the platform on more than 30 languages over the world. We covered up the setup and trainings with various consultants and partners. This system is easy to use and it’s not complex as Radian6 for e.g. We use it for improving the communication with our clients and for social responses. The most important thing is that the Social Studio is part of Salesforce, and we can surely say that meets all our needs.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The product provides with great business and social media solutions but it needs some improvements: we cannot fit specific details and complex listening contents, also we cannot cover all Chinese social networks for responding.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We can easily set up and provide solutions to our customers from all over the world. We can detect consumer crisis and track each consumer case. Social Studio allows us to use and manage multiple pages in different social networks in real time without hiring more people to manage those pages. This platform helps us to localize, target and translate our posts and contents in Facebook for other countries and languages.
