What are the best aspects of this product?

We implemented this platform on 30+ languages over the world. We covered up the set up and trainings with lot of consultants and partners. The software is easy to use and it is not complex as others. It is great tool for interacting with our clients and for managing social responses. I like that this program is part of Salesforce.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We cannot include specific details and complex listening contents, and we cannot even cover all Chinese social networks when it comes to responding.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to set up and provide solutions to our customers, to detect consumer crisis. We can easily manage numerous pages in various social networks. We can localize, target and even translate our posts and contents on Facebook.
