PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Social studio platform is easy to use and you can learn it quickly and easily. The tool offers analytics and there is no need to search on Radian6 for listing data. It allows you to easily share photos, quotes and links with everyone and you can track those who used it, what site they posted it on and to track the engagement rate of every shared post.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They could improve the functionality for social media networks because I can’t see the chekc ins nor mentions on Twitter, it doesn’t show the shares on Facebook and I cannot connect Linkedln University. Also, the sentiment rating is not always accurate because it shows the comments as negative for e.g. comments like “I’d die to have this product”.

It helps us to choose specific words and to keep track of what’s happening on the internate including the rates of our product and brand.
