A simple tool for creating simple surveys.

What are the best aspects of this product?

SoGoSurvey makes creating and conducting survey seem like a breeze. It’s also great for the evaluation of the survey results as the reports are easily customizable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We only send a few surveys in a year, but I do have a few suggestions on how to improve this program. For one, it might be better if the developers would make this tool more user-friendly. Right now, it can be a little hard to dig through the data. If it’s possible, more thorough training should also be conducted. Sending out anonymous surveys might also be a good addition to the list of features.

This program has allowed us to gain insight from our clients. With it, we’ve been able to improve our operations and offer better services.
