Easy to understand and use.

What are the best aspects of this product?

To be honest, I don’t have much time to go through hours of training just to understand a tool. This is why I love that SoGo has made it easy to jump right ahead and use its features. With it, I’ve been able to respond promptly to my clients and give them their scores right away.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’m not sure if I have to upgrade my account for more customized response options, but it would be nice to have access to more of those.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am in the field of research and education. SoGo has made conducting surveys a breeze. My response to the surveys is now more on time too.
