Easy to use tool and helpful for launching surveys

What are the best aspects of this product?

SoGo survey offers intuitive interface that allows me to build professional looking surveys in order to utilize within my MSc research dissertation. The product offers 4 pricing plans, the first one is free. The free version has great set of features that can be used. They even offer free upgrade for students with many features. Because of all of these, this tool is N.1 in the market, it’s better even than SurveyMonkey.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t have dislikes by now.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The tool is easy to use and it can be adopted depending on your needs. It offers many functionalities depending on what information you need for your survey whether it is logo, company color, etc. This tool has reduced the time I needed to launch my surveys and get large amount of analysis. I am able to export data to Excel and SPSS, it helps me to speed up the process of my research project.
