Excellent survey tool backed by a great support team!

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how intuitive this tool is! One can easily create surveys by simply dragging and dropping templated cells into the working document. Other than this, we’ve been able to glean clear insights about our company through the surveys. To top it all off, they have a great team of customer support too!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing too major. I just think that the app still has a lot of room for improvement. Offline surveys should be better supported as well.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

By using SoGo, we have managed to collect feedback from our customers easily. In turn, we have been able to identify the areas that still need improvement. This is all thanks to the insights that we have gathered through these surveys.
