What are the best aspects of this product?

One thing that I salute SoGo for is its ability to hand over the control to its users when it comes to extracting and organizing reports. With this feature, I have been able to present the data in a way that is digestible and actionable. We have also been able to properly segment our participants without much effort on our part. This has made our surveys more relevant to our participants, thus improving the response rates. Overall, SoGo is a great tool to work with. We have tried out other surveys in the market, and this is the one that has impressed us. They offer competent support too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We have a few databases that it does not readily sync with.

We have been able to get feedback from our customers with SoGo. Of course, the surveys aren’t just limited to our customers. We have easily conducted surveys and sent them out to our employees as well.
