Great tool for building complex surveys

What are the best aspects of this product?

SoGo survey is great tool for creating complex surveys. Its interface is intuitive and user-friendly, you are allowed to customize the format of the questions in many ways, and you can insert files and image attachments. You can insert many types of questions so you can be sure that your data is accurate. When you build a survey you have many option in order to support some complex ones. The good thing is that even the free plan offers branching (and that is a features that you must pay for it in other software). Its full plan offers advanced branching and piping, and customization to respondent. And, I have to say that this tool supports Spanish.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I haven’t found any negative thing within the SoGo Survey.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use it for my PhD research for digital technologies in architecture industry. It is highly helpful tool that allows me to build multiple customized surveys with advanced features.
