What are the best aspects of this product?

SoGo Survey has helped me with my doctoral research project. My project was about American Sign Language, and this tool allowed me to collect all the data by using both questions and answers. It really meets all my needs, because allows me to measure the grammaticality of specific sentence by asking native signers all over the US. The feature that I like most is the flexibility of the survey that allows me to embed multimedia files with videos and images within the questions and answers. Survey design tool is extremely intuitive and provides previews for every type of answer and video tutorials. I have to say that this product offers 24/7 support.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I haven’t found anything that I might dislike about the software, not even in terms of functionality, design, pricing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

When I started with my doctorial research project I have faced with problem of data points from some native signers, but on the other hand I wanted to avoid using too much English within the questions in order to avoid the influence of acceptability judgments of English. Most of the signers that I have asked are bilingual and that was great because they could answer the questions using their intuition about grammar. So, here comes SoGo with its functionalities and it helped me to access the native signers all over the US, allowed me to pose the questions into the language I’m researching.
