What are the best aspects of this product?
First things first, I love how quick and easy it is to craft a survey. SoGo also allows me to “test out” the survey just to check the responsiveness and to see the outcome of the survey for myself. In terms of collating the responses of the respondents and collating them into a database, SoGo makes it easy for the survey conductor too. There is a general fluid movement of surveys from creating to reporting.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I find it quite frustrating whenever I need to jump between pages to move questions around. SoGo does not seem to support this action. Not all functionalities are within reach—one would have to dig through all the buttons just to find what he/she is looking for. The response rates are not easily accessible too.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We need to be able to conduct surveys to the employees as well as the customers of the companies that we work for. SoGo has been instrumental in helping us create, send out, and compile the results of the survey. Now, our companies have a better understanding of their workers as well as their businesses.
