What are the best aspects of this product?
We considered other survey tools, but SoGo was the one who stood out for us. One thing that I like about it is that it was built with every type of user in mind—this isn’t just limited to those who have access to more in-depth training on research tools. I can say that it is quite easy to understand and utilize. They have a pretty helpful team working behind the scenes too. Whenever we run into some issues when we create surveys, they are always ready to help us out. We’re starting to use SoGo’s other features now and my teammates and I couldn’t be any happier.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nothing. They recently rolled out some changes on their dashboard, but my team and I have quickly gotten used to it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
For us to build better rapport with our leads and newly acquired clients, we make sure to get their feedback so we how to improve our services and products. SoGo has been helpful in this regard. Creating surveys and conducting them are no longer daunting tasks for us, thanks to this tool. Gaining an understanding of the industry that we work in has been easier this way. But that is not all. Internal surveys are also made more undemanding—both on our side and to our employees.
