What are the best aspects of this product?

SoGo is the complete package when it comes to creating and conducting surveys. Not only does it help you craft the right questions that you want to ask your participants, but it also allows you to dress up your survey according to your company’s branding. The reports are quite easy to generate and you can even categorize your participants’ answers in any way you want. On top of all this, its operations are backed by a competent support team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The font properties of the surveys could still be improved. We sometimes run surveys on older demographics and they have a hard time reading the questions. More training on how to fully utilize this tool would also be appreciated.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have managed to develop our survey process quite efficiently thanks to SoGo. Now, all we have to do is to send out our surveys to the managers or the principals of our participants. In turn, they forward these to their members. Once the latter have completed their surveys, they can simply click on the next step on the site for them to receive their certificates.
