What are the best aspects of this product?

Out of all the survey tools available in the market, we chose SoGo because it offers the most features at practically the same price as its competitors. We need to have control over the surveys we send out, and SoGo delivers on this. It has yet to fail us in terms of getting our surveys delivered via email. It is this level of reliability that we look for because we send out surveys regularly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It’s a little hard to ramp up the reports because some of the control functionalities are not easily accessible. One would have to dig through the dashboard controls to find what they are looking for. But it is worth noting that whenever we come to a standstill, the customer reps are always spot on in their response.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

SoGo has been reliable in allowing us to send surveys to our recipients regularly. Our response rates have improved once we started using this tool. We have now managed to extract workable survey reports that we can now create actionable to-dos from.
