The best in the market–packed with features but not too expensive.

What are the best aspects of this product?

After thoroughly going through the available survey tools in the market, we have identified SoGO as the one that provides us with the most value for our money. Packed with features—from allowing you to create branded and beautifully designed surveys to helping you extract reports—SoGo is now our go-to tool. I also love how responsive their final outputs are. We have noticed that the surveys translate well on mobile view.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

SoGo doesn’t integrate well into Outlook’s database. We tried to import our list from this source, but it didn’t end well.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

SoGo has helped us send out surveys to gain feedback about our services to our customers. We’ve also sent out some surveys to our employees to identify areas where we can still improve in.
