What are the best aspects of this product?

We feel more confident in serving our clients and meeting deadlines in advance. Thanks to the power of automation for making this possible.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are several things that I want to point out that needs to be improved based on my observations. Number one is the reporting features, which are so difficult to use. We tried to collect and export pertinent information that includes our stats/metrics, but it always takes us a lot of time to do it because of the process's complexity. Two is that similar device names are being flagged even though it has been identified to have a different user name.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It allows us to do software upgrades from our workspace, which makes IT tasks more manageable. We can diagnose issues and fix them using remote login.
