What are the best aspects of this product?
It gives us better opportunities to serve people in a manner that they expect and deserve. We were able to simplify complex workflows, and all employees are happy about these changes.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I think that they should tone down in sending us alerts for non-urgent matters. I find it distracting to see alarms blinking on the interface. It affects our workflow by slowing us down, which is something that I don't like.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helps us find ways to troubleshoot issues on our own. Now our technicians can focus on fixing more complex issues that should be prioritized.
