What are the best aspects of this product?

Setting up the app was relatively fast and convenient for us. Anyone can follow the instructions and use them to check ongoing network activities and issues.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Latency issues happen from time to time. They say that it's normal, but we always hope for a faster system that doesn't lag at all. The dashboard should also accurately determine what devices/PCs are currently in use or not because it gives us different information most of the time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We make sure that all workstations are in perfect running condition. RMM helps detect which PCs have outdated apps and makes sure that the updates and installation are being done right on schedule. We definitely needed this kind of software to work faster into giving customers what they need.
