What are the best aspects of this product?

The software is known for being versatile in terms of features and functionality. It allows you to monitor all network activities from a remote device, including a cellphone, so you have real-time visibility on updates and issues about to happen. Solar Winds RMM is compatible with almost any device that could connect to the Internet to use it even if we are out of the office. Also, it is capable of supporting more than ten computers) laptops, which makes it worth paying for. The product is rich in features that come with free learning sessions that would allow you to maximize its usage and become an expert in RMM in no time. I want to commend their support team for continuing to reach out to us in times of need.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One of the main challenges we have with Solar Wind is the user interface, which is way different from the app we used before. It comes with so many products/features, but you would need to create additional access or usernames for each one of them. This process makes the product so complicated to use, so I'm hoping that they could find a way to combine all of these products for better accessibility. Most of our employees have a hard time getting used to the product because you need to memorize many steps before using it independently.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Having this kind of product installed in our PCs helps ensure that all computer assets are well maintained and provided with round the clock monitoring system. It eliminates the need to do manual program checks, which is so time-consuming. RMM is well-versed in giving auto-updates on software, back up files and antivirus protection to keep you at peace 24/7. We don't need to keep getting in touch with our tech team, even for the most straightforward reasons, making us more productive and independent.
