What are the best aspects of this product?

It makes it easier for us to compile and compare performance reports from various sources. It used to take hours to accomplish this particular task. It can now be done in less than an hour, which is really helpful in providing invaluable insights and action plans during our weekly meetings.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some of the product features do not appear in the interface. So it took us longer to figure out that there are some functions that we could have used earlier to help us meet deadlines.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It gives us a full view of what's happening to our network systems. Through RMM, we were able to avoid outages, which costs us money.
