What are the best aspects of this product?
Some people say that the learning curve was steep, but we were all surprised that we could learn so much in a day's worth of training. Yes, there may be some minor issues along the way, but this does not stop RMM from performing its tasks. It's a good thing that we can always call customer service for any help and assistance that we need. With SolarWinds, we get to be on top of things, no matter how challenging the circumstances may be.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are certain things and features that I would like to see some improvement in the following months. We have unresolved issues up until now, which should not be the case. Although the case expert told us that they're going to follow up on the issue, we still haven't received any concrete answers as of the moment.

Using SolarWinds RMM helps us stay on top of issues that needs immediate resolution. It is precisely the kind of tool that we need to keep providing excellent service and high satisfaction ratings from our clients. Our employees have never been this productive as before, which helps boost both morale and performance across all departments. Lastly, our tech staff has never been this happy before because they can now resolve more incoming issues through the help of RMM.
