What are the best aspects of this product?

The learning process was shorter than we expected because of the amount of support we are getting from the RMM team. I love how easy it is to set up the program, and in just a few minutes, we can take advantage of all its features that have been meant to improve the business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It isn't easy to get accurate reports using the system. I want to run it a few times a week to check for any outstanding issues and improve on some opportunities. The good thing is that Solar Winds has been providing excellent results in terms of overall system functionality.

Provides us with easier options on how to handle system and file issues more efficiently. I've noticed that our team has become increasingly productive through the help of automated services. It is definitely new to most of us, and we are learning a lot of things through Solar Winds.
