SolarWinds RMM is indeed a total package.

What are the best aspects of this product?

It gives us a bird's-eye view of all our computers and their current status. We get to troubleshoot most issues without the need to physically touch or login into the computer.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are more things that I like about this product because it helps us monitor all devices in a remote setting. It's easy for us to look into all user information by logging in to one specific system.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Keeps all company and network-related assets in check all the time.
