What are the best aspects of this product?
This platform is indeed very competitive in terms of features. We can really brag about something because it helps us solve tons of issues for our clients. I appreciate that the team behind RMM is continuously working extra hard to improve on their shortcomings.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I do not have much to dislike about the product because it has proven its worth in our company. But if something needs to be improved, I guess they should try to consolidate all features into one dashboard. It is to make processes a lot simpler on our end.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We get to fix reported issues to us right away. Turn around time has been reduced up to eighty percent, which means so much to our clients.
