What are the best aspects of this product?

You can easily manage inventory through tracking in all the devices connected to the software. It scans your network to identify and keeps track on what you have. It scans the serial number of every item as each inventory will have its own. You can also track the software, including the OS, installed in your computers and devices.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I found one problem with the product keys and how it captures it for the detected software. Instead of capturing the individual product key, it captures the generic OEM product key. Although this problem may be with the manufacturer, it is a drawback.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

You can track patterns associated with tickets on issues that come up. You can identify a ticket with a specific device and decide on the best solution to eliminate that issue. It tracks all devices which keeps you up to date on what is happening without much hustle.
