What are the best aspects of this product?
With Spiceworks we are able to track our users’ issues and solve them. We are able to create knowledgebase which is extremely useful because it saves us lot of time on Phone calls, and we are able to direct our users to knowledgebase so they can resolve the problem easily without our assistance. Also, we are able to track our employees’ performances.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Setting up Knowledge base is not straightforward process, it can be complicated when adding new items. At the beginning we haven’t received email notifications and we had to log into Spiceworks in order to see the notifications.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We are able to track performance of our IT sector and support team, and to track how issues are being solved. We can add comments, notes and upload docs effortlessly.
