What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that I can keep track of our users’ requests for help by using this Help Desk solution. I’m able to prioritize and set up time for a task that needs to be completed. I haven’t used something better for organizing my work. You can see tickets and dates of completion directly from your dashboard.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It provides me with essential options for doing my job as it should be, in other words, I don’t have dislikes about it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We are able to solve problems that our users face and to provide best service for our users in less time than expected. It saves us huge amount of time so we can be more focused on other tasks that need more attention.
