Do everything remotely!

What are the best aspects of this product?

I keep on comparing this app to the previous one that I use and it's definitely better in all aspects: (1) set of features; (2) cost; (3) ease of use; and (4) access.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It doesn't have a remote printing option so you need to have a third party app if you want to do it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It made everything convenient through remote access -- from technical support to software development and installation!
