What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the zoom feature! I find it really handy when using the mobile app! I also love that my team and I can collaborate remotely.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing. I used to dislike that I have to install the client in every PC but this one gets resolved with the portable app.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It saves us a lot of money and time because we no longer have to travel to the office to troubleshoot!
