PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

This is a good app that provides remote control for IT support items. The machine assignments can be moved, but you have to be careful in doing so. I love that the app can be accessed by multiple users and really does its job. My team also uses this for personal use!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's hard to change the name of the computers in the database. I also wish that the support team can show one window at a time. I don't like multiple windows cramped on a screen.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We mainly use this to assist our customers in securely managing HVAC and various control systems. This is a good tool for providing internal support for our clients. Our help desk services definitely improved, and I can say that using Splashtop is beneficial to our company.
