What are the best aspects of this product?

This is a pretty straightforward app and pretty much affordable. I think it's the best one on the market!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are some incidents where the users get disconnected when they are connecting with our VPN.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We no longer have to use VNC and go through a complicated management process. We can now easily access users through Splashtop.
