Rich with features!

What are the best aspects of this product?

Splashtop is fairly easy and quick to setup. It's secured because authentication is always needed when adding new users. Its wide range of features is impressive, but what I like the most is the chat and screen recording feature.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We experienced some issues with the connection but it's easily resolved by simply restarting.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can now provide tech support to multiple users and various locations.
