Splashtop is top-notch!

What are the best aspects of this product?

I think this software currently the best of its kind! It's easy to use. The aspect ration and resolutions are amazing, and of course, the remote access!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The zooming using 2 fingers is not working properly. I'm also waiting for an iOS-compatible version.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It makes everything easier for us because of the remote access. We can provide tech services to different devices even if we're not working in the office. We have many offices across the country, and the travel expenses of the IT team were significantly cut because of Splashtop.
