What are the best aspects of this product?

Splashtop gives us what our previous software cannot -- remote access to multiple users regardless of the location. It's easy to setup and worth the price!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The trial version also allows only 2 users so it's hard to test how it works for multiple users. We also encountered minor issues when connecting with computers using Nvidia drivers and links.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us adapt to the pandemic because we can easily give remote resource access to our workers. It also saved us tons of money!
