What are the best aspects of this product?
With Spreadfast we can easily manipulate data exports into actionable reports. Its dashboard is great source for analyzing what is happening across our social media pages.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They could improve the IT open ticket time, it would be great if there is a fast response and free flow of interaction so we can know what kind of actions are being taken in order to solve the problem. Also, the server pace is slow, it takes time for loading the dashboard and data. They need to ping the APIs of social networks constantly so we can get data in real-time.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This product helps us to provide community management functions. I love the approval work flow for posting content, the flagging content for approvals and to send it up the chain of the command. I am able to review user’s history with specific brand and to use its features to respond to a customer with social interactions.
