Spredfast Review

PROS: Spreadfast offers great metrics capabilities, we are able to monitor users and to get productivity reports. This is great software for community managers. I like the scheduling tools. It allows me to create multiple campaigns for various regions. The customer service is great they are responsive and they act quickly.

CONS: It can be buggy sometimes, it takes 24h for attaching labels to posts. It needs also 24h to pull the analytics. It can be complicated when you start with the learning curve. It would be great if they could make the platform more intuitive.

PROS: This tool has all the channels into one place, it helps our team members to speed up their productivity. I love the new Planner tool and we are using it to track large campaigns across the channels. We started to use its reporting capabilities.

CONS: The setup of the analytics can be complicated, but I have heard that they would upgrade it soon. Also, I don’t like the delay on Twitter content, it may take 3-5minutes on average but this is very important especially if you need to exchange some information with a customers. We had some issues when running Facebook posts via this product, we don’t get analytics from Facebook, and we don’t promote posts on Facebook through Spreadfast.

PROS: Spreadfast helps us to keep track of every information and to adjust changes into social media landscapes. We are ahead of our competition thanks to the reports we get. We are able to provide actionable insights so we can take our client’s campaigns to higher level.

CONS: What I don’t like is its slow pace, I have used other software that are much faster and we can easily load streams. This tool is to slow to use in Twitter chats, and it can be buggy for Facebook scheduling. There is a limitation in Likedln reporting. It would be great if they could make an integration with Pinterest and Instagram.

PROS: Spreadfast has great UX and it can be breakdown into accessible tools like social inbox, calendar, analytics and content library. I mostly use the Calendar feature because it offers a visual of weekly content schedules. The analytics features provide us with results so we can constantly work on our improvements. I love its customer service, they are quick to respond and they always help us to solve our problems.

CONS: There is a learning curve with each update. The good thing is you can easily learn each tool. The team behind this software offers multiple training video but they need to answer some specific user questions.

PROS: Spreadfast is great and robust product, it has great customer service and knowledgeable service team. The team helped us to schedule contents and to keep track of the conversations across the web. This software provide us with valuable information such as what is the best time to schedule post, what time of content performs best, which channel is the best for specific content. We are able to set-up approval teams, to customize workflows and permissions. We are able to build an enterprise in order to share social media assets. With its analytics and reporting tools we are able to see how our campaigns are performing. I love the integration with Google Analytics, it allows me to see how the social communities are performing.

CONS: If you are not familiar with social media then be ready for a training course.

PROS: Spreadfast allows us to pull data from Instagram and its platform. We are able to view Top posts based on engagement metrics which is great tool for getting quick insight especially if you need to fill the client in. We are able to send reports to our clients on a daily/weekly and monthly basis.

CONS: I have to say that the data is not always accurate. I have to pull data from various platform and from this one. Also, the product has bugs and its team change the UI but they haven’t update it yet. Additionally, what I don’t like is that the product doesn’t provide historical data. And this is something that I need most, because I have clients who want to compare the last quarter with the current one, and this is impossible.

PROS: With Spreadfast we can easily manipulate data exports into actionable reports. Its dashboard is great source for analyzing what is happening across our social media pages.

CONS: They could improve the IT open ticket time, it would be great if there is a fast response and free flow of interaction so we can know what kind of actions are being taken in order to solve the problem. Also, the server pace is slow, it takes time for loading the dashboard and data. They need to ping the APIs of social networks constantly so we can get data in real-time.

PROS: We use Spreadfast for tracking social media channels for our clients. It has great interface that allows us to keep tabs on all social channels and notifies our clients when there is an issue so they can quickly fix it. We are able to keep track of how long it takes to respond to a request.

CONS: You need to take trainings in order to better understand the software and use it to its fullest.
